Requirements: 

Having a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation to accommodate the flexibility of traveling to multiple locations within a designated area is ideal and preferred.

Job duties for a Cleaning Technician include but not limited to:

• General cleaning of professional office buildings: sweeping, mopping, detailing, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming
• This is a “physical labor” position that requires being on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, sometimes requires climbing stairs or working in small confined spaces
• Lifting of a minimum of 25lbs. up to a maximum of 50 lbs., and the possibility of wearing a Vac-Pac for part, or all, of a shift
• Work is done in a structured team setting (may require working in an individual setting at times)
• Willingness to fill-in where needed

Personal Skills Necessary:

• A High Attention for Detail, Highly Organized, Promptness, Professionalism, Self-motivation, the ability to communicate well with everyone and a strong “I will earn this” attitude are essential skills that we look for in an individual
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic (please provide at least three (3) references)
• A criminal background check will be conducted
• Be able to deliver world class service, with a smile, to our clients
